well i told them a socket at the back was a.no good. b. the fuse box and meter is the other side of the house practically on the front wall so they would need to go through the entire house somehow. depending where they put it it would double the cable run almost. shortest would be i suppose if they drill through the kitchen wall and put it as close to the fenceline as possible it would be 10 m on top of the 20 to the kerb.
would they tap into an existing socket in the kitchen or bedroom?
if kitchen they could go close to the right rear corner but the bedroom is another 10m from that corner.
it is crackers i am going to write to them as to my way of thinking its max 1ft through the wall next to the fuse box max 2ft of cable effectively on its own circuit there are spares as you can see from the previous photos.
probabley half an hours work.if they have to cable from the fuse box to the rear in a straight line thats 6m but they would have to go up into the roof space i assume along and down.
