Thanks @BigDave I have two 48 hour test drives over the coming weeks (a 50e X5 this week and an M60i X5 in two weeks time) and it’s on my list to see how many bings and bongs there are and how easy they are to turn off (I believe that a press of the ‘Set’ button on the steering wheel mutes the speed limit bongs). Are you selling the 40d X6? What are you replacing it with?

Speed limit assist – press and hold “set” button untill message appears (similar to using mute button on Hyundai)
LKA – setting > driver assistance > driving > lane keep assist > on/off
