Feel your pain @kezo. I have travelled your path, it’s okay to blow, that’s what I tell myself, it simply means you are giving it all you have. I live life on a very narrow strip of normality, it’s inevitable I (we) will step off every now and again.
A very narrow strip in deed and one I don’t like falling off, for my daughter needs me!
