To answer what I think your asking would be to expand your current system, not only will it be cheaper, but will give V2X time to evolve and mature where integration with current PV/battery systems will be much simpler and third party adoption cheaper. Take V2L as an example, it can easily be integrated with a PV inverter, hence why onboard bidirectional will be a gamechanger.
Intercontrol are looking to come out with a range of V2X chargers next year, the domestic model will most like start at £3k + installation and addition intergration wont be cheap.
