There’s a lot of detail missing in how the money was paid in advance and what the expectations were from both yourself and the dealer. It’s also made more complicated by the customised nature of the build. A van or car could easily be sold on as it’s pretty much a standard vehicle but in stock. A vehicle like a WAV is a bigger risk to the dealer and this could cause further complications.
As @wmcforum says, you need to find yourself free legal advice as the details really will make a huge difference and I don’t think we’ve any legal expert on here that will be able to provide clarity.
