Online a lot of the lease companies advertise competitive lease rates until you look at the mileage, Octopus Energy EV are one of them.
Most (if not all) lease companies will provide quotes ranging from as low as 6k miles Pa up to 20k Pa. Given the incredibly low mileages that most Motability customers seem to do, a lower limit than 20k Pa wouldn’t make any difference whatsoever to the vast majority of customers. For those who need the full 20k limit I would hope that Motability will make that an affordable upgrade when they reduce the mileage limit next year, just in the same way as other lease operators do.
