@mitch I have to agree with other comments about your terminology of language. Whilst it is an other wise excellent post/letter, Just change the “Rachel from customer services” also “the knuckle draggers” lol.
Perhaps as well as your MP send a copy to Rachel, the Chancellor, or even to the speaker of the house of commons. That should set the ferrets loose.
