The basic benefits list makes me wonder if management get additional perks. A fully contributed pension scheme is quite something, especially if you’re there for a number of years. Added to a higher than average salary, it all comes to being a generous employer. The company usually is also making huge profits which are transferred to the charity and avoids tax that way.
