@BigDave Across the board In general, I wonder if there are any implications surrounding the Disability, Equality Act’s or even Human rights ?
@kezo I am not sure to be honest Kezo. It might need a group of organisations to challenge the entire thing on behalf of all disabled people who are affected, potentially via Judicial Review initially. I think a lot of disability (and veterans) organisations would all need to work together on it and then get a large legal organisation to take it on, hopefuly on a pro-bono basis.
Cheers mate – I know alot came together to initially fight the budget and to want a better understanding of how Motability works put out, so I guess they are in the background looking at potential ways forward.
