@Jojoe In addition to having seen the job ads myself, I know someone who works for Motability Operations. Their level of basic pay, bonuses and gold plated benefits makes them a complete outlier in the call centre world. Anyone thinking that they are low paid jobs is living in cloud cuckoo land!
Glos Guy, we’ve had this discussion on here many times and I remember you saying that, I’ve said many times, Mrs Joe works in a call centre for a major blue chip company and gets paid two thirds of what Motability staff get, she also pays 14% into her pension, last time I looked Motability staff pension was none contributory. Who pays for this, Motability users.
