Reply To: Advice for a first time user please

    Thanks for the reply’s everyone I appreciate it a lot. I was told a while back to not tell them at first that it’s mobility as the customer service drops a lot which seems to have happened. I’ve rang BMW think I have a test drive tomorrow but they said they would call me today to confirm the car will be there but I haven’t heard anything from them. So I have to go tomorrow an hope for the best. I rang Audi this morning and they said they will get someone to call me back within the next hour or so and ive heard nothing back from them. Also Volvo was the exact same I haven’t had a call back.

    Hopefully everything is fine and I can get a test drive tomorrow of the BMW. And I might just turn up at Audi and Volvo afterwards a see if I can get a test drive. has anybody else experienced this on Mobility. I’ve bought cars new in the past and they have always been very eager to ring back. Guessing the sales lads don’t get much or any commission on mobility cars.
