Anyway, back on topic (well, sort of).
Personally, I would urge the Chancellor to introduce ‘pay per mile’ tax on road lice (cyclists) and runners/joggers come to that.
Perhaps if they had to pay to ‘enjoy their hobby’ they might not hold traffic up as much.
