So its back with the supplying dealership, if you put the vehicle on the ramps and turn the steering side to side, the front wheels will be under resistance, in theory the steering rack which is mounted on the subframe neither should show signs of movement.
What I find strange you were capable of driving a vehicle at 60 mph, something doesn’t sound right.
