Some asshats somewhere have figured out how to manipulate their articles to drive traffic to it. I venture to suggest this is the same. Unless it comes from reputable sources or direct from gov or dvla then it’s rubbish.
They won’t do what needs to be done for fear of upsetting oaps. I think EVERYONE should get checked every 0 years when your photocard licence needs renewing . I’ve been on the receiving end of too many incidents and near misses from older drivers and when it happens you can’t even report them not even to the police.
