I am confused now.
If my lease expires let’s say tomorrow, but the new car is not in the country, the Motability have the right to take their current car away?
Asking based on my past experience: ordered in March to be collected in June and cancelled the order in October as the car still didn’t arrive and there was no clear date in sight.
