I hear you. My daughter has ASD, ADHD and social anxiety that hits extremes. But because the world doesn’t end every time she goes out it’s such hard work to convince anyone there’s a problem and, if you finally find someone, resources are so overstretched it’s impossible to get help in the same year. She copes relatively well indoors, although we had the landlord come over to fit a new hob and that gave her a migraine, she can even go meet her 1 friend and go into town with her for a very short time. However, even going for a meeting in school was so stressful for her she’d be useless 4 hours beforehand and until days after.
I'm Autistic, if I say something you find offensive, please let me know, I can guarantee it was unintentional.
I'll try to give my honest opinion but am always open to learning.
