The base Ariya will touch 300 miles around town in summer but on a run in winter will deliver half that. For true 300 ish mile driving you want the 87kWh version.
To get further you’re either looking for a smaller car or a bigger battery.
The Niro goes much further but £0 gets you quite a poverty spec. The Kona offers slightly more miles and equipment and for £199 you can add the comfort pack, which has got to improve the experience.
