    Polarised glasses will block a normal (reflecting off of the windscreen) HUD. No ifs, or buts.

    It might be my HUD adjustment, as I understand Hyundai group HUD is designed to be polarized at approximately 70 degrees off the horizontal. Looking at the HUD is definately darker, but can clearly be seen.

    I wouldn’t blame my Serengeti glaases, as they specialise in advanced lens tech compared to others, problem is I will need to wear goggles for driving soon and those who deal with them, script lens cost more than Transitions oh well!

    BMW apparently make polarised sunglasses that can see the HUD with a special coating. Not sure if available here though, as it’s something I read a review about a while back.
