It’s not physically possible to import and export simultaneously as you would observe, the battery discharges to the car first and then the grid takes over.
Charging the battery and car simultaneously from the grid during off peak hours and running the house during the day from solar battery, is not importing and exporting simultaneously.
As @Brydo say’s you need 3/poly phase to export and import simultaneously.
