As @Glos-Guy you need to book in advance if you want a courtesy car. Alot of dealers imo stopped collect and return during Covid, those that still do can charge for the service.
I waited just over 1.5 hours during my last service, nipping to the retail complex across the road and coming back to drink their fresh coffee, biscuits and cake 😂 It saves collecting at the end of the day during rush hour if you have a courtest car. My local Hyundai dealer doesn’t offer collect and return any more.
