OK, so I’ve run another wee range test over the last couple of days. This was a battery charge to 95% where the guessometer was showing 246 miles. I reset the trip odometer to 0. I have driven the car down to 40% battery and the trip odometer shows that I have travelled 185 actual miles for the 55% of battery used. At that rate, I would be getting a notional 336 miles from a full battery, which is obviously above the wltp of 326.
As I mentioned in my previous post, since the dealership software updates a couple of weeks ago, the guessometer has completely flipped from dropping wildly to being much more conservative and actually underestimating the remaining miles. As we can see, although 185 actual miles were covered, the guessometer is showing only 143 miles.
Anyhow, I’m absolutely delighted with the range now, after nearly a year bemoaning it’s pi$$ poor returns. The updates have seemingly added around 60-70 miles to what I was probably getting before. Don’t know how, but it’s true! The test will however be winter, but if I even get 220 to a full battery, I’d be happy, as opposed to the 150ish that I was looking at last winter.

Since the updates two weeks ago, I still have constant flashing STOP warning triangle and orange spanner. I contacted the dealership last week and they said that they had raised a ticket with Peugeot. I’ll get back to them on Wednesday and say if anything has happened on that front.
