i had a drop and wait appointment at my nissan dealer for my jukes service in may. all was fine and ready to go but it took mota an hour and a half to authorise the invoice. complained to mota and they said their service dept can take up to 2 hours to ok services and they reccomend you get a loan car or mentioned something about a taxi service which i may look into next year when its due the mot etc for end of lease.
2 hours to tick a box really!!!
