I’ve never had a timeslot service…ever.
It is usually drop the car off at 9.00 pick up the courtesy car and get the car back at 5.00pm.
Even when I had a private car, used to drop it off first thing to get repaired/ serviced/ MOT’d..
No timeslots nowaday.
