I am changing my car on Tuesday 4:30 and the journey is 13mls – but as it is Surrey traffic will be heavy – so messaged the Motability guy to ask how long – the admin bit can be as little as 20 mins – assuming no bank issues – but I expect it to take over an hour as I will have a run through of car – pair app and phone etc – it’s an EV.
So my point – ring and speak with rep – explain your concerns and that you need it to be as quick as possible – may even be worth picking another day and time for best traffic conditions – hope this helps.
