Interesting subject.
I very rarely have to charge other than at home – but occasionally I do need to.
At which point I find myself planning probably more than I need too – I’m hesitating to use the word paranoia
But for me because it is so rare – speed of charging – convenience on route are often more important than occasional cost.
I don’t like to feel ripped off anymore than anyone else- but it isn’t always just about cost – if I was driving 20k a year and mostly away from home I’m sure I would take quite a different view – but my point – it is all about that balance – how often – convenience speed reliability availability and cost.
