Those that don’t want an EV or simply have no where to park and charge an EV cheaply at home are facing higher costs for the most basic of ICE, as EV’s contunue to be subsidised. As manufacturers continue to delay the phase out of combustion engines, further pushing back EV production. This is further highlighted in the real world away from the scheme.
However, there will always be more than one view to the scheme, but on one hand, there is nothing worse than being priced out of the scheme and the other, where financial constraints prevent you from accessing vehicles outside the scheme.
