I am fuming, I returned my car yesterday and, honest mistake, forgot to put parcel shelf back in.
I have driven over to the dealership to put the shelf in the car less than 24 hours later.
The car will be sitting there for a couple of weeks before being picked up.
Fair enough I just didnt bother or it was badly damaged or i wasnt in time , but none of this is true. Motability are money grabbing a’h*les holding on to funds on extremely unreasonable grounds.
Im so angry and upset.
