Hi Scotty,
my intention after the advice received from the forum was to pay and learn from my genuine mistake however when i tried to pay the £60 it wouldn’t accept the £60 as the operator knows I have a second appeal through popla and the only acceptable payment is £100 but the reply from the operator was to await a response from the second appeal decision and at best it will be removed but more likely the £100 fee will have to be paid as it’s likely the decision will be longer than 14 days which is the time allowed for the £60 fee.
