Hi Footloose, if it was in the Livingston Shopping Centre you must display a valid ticket and your blue badge.
I displayed both but had bought my ticket from another ‘zone’ as the machine was not working yet with camera recognition I was given a parking fine.
it’s not the first time, my car crossed over the line in a second parking bay in the snow (as I could not see the lines) and I was given a parking ticket!
