@Kezo No, they asked if he’d go in if I went with him, he really wasn’t keen on that idea!.
They did the MRI about 1:30 so he managed to get a jacket potato for lunch!, he’s ordered the same for tonight as there’s nothing else on the list he likes. Considering how adventurous he is with trying/eating Japanese/Korean foods he sees on the Internet he has a pretty limited range of “English” foods he’ll eat.
I’m just getting ready to set off, took my IBS and pain meds an hour ago so hopefully they’ve kicked in! Once again it’s a 30+ mile round trip as I have to pick up his mum on the way and drop her off on the way home 🙁
Added bonus of also going to the local shop and possibly Tesco megastore just outside Durham on the way to get him some fruit squash etc., assuming he mananges to tell me what kind in the next 20 minutes!.
Small Update
No MRI results tonight, no surprise really, maybe tomorrow.
I have to ring tomorrow afternoon to check I can take him out for a couple of hours, get him home, shower, change of clothes, see the cat etc. etc. May make him feel alittle bit better.
