Not had a problem myself however, I’m surprised you were to to go the Ombusman so soon. On a similar matter, when Motability removed the 2yr extended lease, they started applying the rules to members who were part way through a lease and were succesfully challenged by some members on here, stating new rules can’t be applied to existing leases, without the signing of a new contract. Yes, I was also surprised by their attitude which has changed significantly over the last 40 odd years, which is now more like having a conversation with Little Britain, “where the computer say’s No” and they are only too happy to go from me explaining a historically backed complaint straight to directing and supply of a form for the Ombudsman as the next step with nothing in-between. I think I am more in need of the promised £300, than Motability Operations.
