I mentioned in a previous post that I’m often judged exiting my vehicle and even though I display a blue badge which I’m entitled to I still receive abuse even from other blue badge holders who don’t realise I’m a double leg amputee,type 1 diabetic and on dialysis due to kidney failure but i still push myself to work and as i wear a suit and remain mobile it seems I’m punished for doing so but I just can’t be bothered with the ignorance and lack of understanding from people that don’t know any better. Shsme on them and I hope they could experience the many dark and painful moments I and many others experience before being judged!!
Well I for one salute you on your attitude. Many who are faced with everything that you are wouldn’t even attempt to work and would expect the state to support them. The fact that you don’t do that and you push yourself to work is highly commendable.
