Mf, i guess the parking tickets are unenforceable, if it had to go to court, i guess the constant bombardment of letters for years, doesnt worry some. Also a lot of these vehicles will be hidden behind some company, or other method of concealing ownership.
Absolutely. Tickets that get chased periodically for 8-12 months then they’ll just give up. I hit a ticket because I forgot to display my badge but between that ‘offence’ and the first letter being sent we moved and the letter forwarding ran out. Then we got a huge bunch of old letters after our old landlord gave them to us one day. We had letters dated over 8 months then nothing.
If you know that finding the driver is going to be a proper pain, through business registration, then there’s absolutely no deterrent.
