Thank you @Glos Guy. I’ll give it a go. I’ve tried extending online but I haven’t received any option for live chat, been waiting on it for a while and the window never comes up.
I will try to point out the contract law, I’ve seen above and in the other thread that some people have tried and have had to get the ombudsman which sounds like they are probably trying to make the process as long as possible to avoid giving people the extension.
