    Thx, the screen they put in has a Volvo logo. Who knows, the 2nd tech showed me how the camera was moving about. As he hadn’t put the cover back on and seriously expected me to just eat there BS and get a taxi home, so had just left the plastic cover on the drivers seat.

    Sounds like genuine windscreen. I still suggest you email Motability CEO and get them involved andrewmiller@motabiltyoperations.co.uk

    I’ll give them a chance to resolve the issue fully tomorrow, if not or my cars not booked in with Volvo I will email the higher ups. Thx, appreciate your help.
