Trackers make sense to prevent misuse of vehicles. But all that would happen is the vehicle would be taken away and the PIP payments would continue to the claimant.
Therefore it would do nothing to prevent any people “wrongfully” claiming PIP and Motability would suffer as they make profit from each car they lease.
