always a difficult one we all know there are those who game the system. bt how do you police it without blocking genuine claimants.
ive seen people use grannys pip to effectively get their child on the road whereas any other way would cost an arm and a leg in insurance alone. they gave granny a monthly payment equivelant to her pip so considered they were doing nothing wrong. junior gets a new car he wouldnt be able to afford any other way plus insurance etc.
likewise families with a dodgy car on its last legs use grannys entitlement to get a nice family runabout.
of course they will argue granny benefits indirectly by them running errands etc. yeh right.
pushing the boundaries to say the least, without even touching on those cheating the pip system directly with false illnesses etc.
