I’ve had a disability discount on my water bill for a few years now, or so I thought, as I was taken back a bit on the current bill when it stated my reduction is because I’m a pensioner and no mention of my disability. Maybe they just didn’t want to mention the “disabled” word because as we know being disabled is the cause of all this countries financial problem.
My water bill this year is twice as much, percentage wise, than the council tax even with a pensioners discount.
