I know absolutely nothing about medical cannabis and how it differs (if it does) from cannabis that is used recreationally, but it’s worth knowing that regular cannabis stays in your system for several days after usage. Every year, thousands of people get driving bans for having levels of cannabis in their system which are above the legal limit. Many of these people last used cannabis a few days previously, but were still over the limit. As I say, I’ve no idea whether products sold as medical cannabis are the same, but personally I’d only be prepared to try it if I wasn’t going to be driving for several days afterwards. Drug driving bans are now exceeding drink driving. It’s a major problem.
