Motability does not update any changes to us as said if your car has done really low miles it used to let us keep the car a further 2 years as stated it is a real headache to know the rules. Anyone remember the old hire purchase Motability scheme which you could have a car under 60,000 miles up to five years new or used this was stopped with no consultation. The other new rules bought in under cover you could not get a Drive from wheelchair car unless you do 16 hours a week work or Voluntary work so not sure if this is still the case with the charity Motability foundation.
