I see this every so often, when plugging in a Ioniq 5. More often than not it works fine, however every so often we’ve a 0% battery reading.
It’s suggesting the Ohme charger has an issue connecting to the car.. Sometimes it fixes itself after a few moments, or I completely close the app (on iPhone, swiping it away to close the app) and relaunch it.
But it still starts charging when it’s supposed to.
Same issue I’ve had with now two Ohme chargers.
