That’s exactly what your contract states to me. Will it let you extend using your online account without talking to anyone?
No sadly not .They have harassed me via WhatsApp and email today . I had already spoken to them late last year and they said I could extend .Then today changed it . I will ring them tomorrow and point out what my contract says
