Thanks all got a complaint going in tomorrow and also got a callback scheduled with the CEO complaints team to take the hire car issue further. Now, I have been told that unless the handover is scheduled before the 21st of April, then the car will be collected on the 8th of April and PIP payment restored via DWP. There is now no build week available, so we shall see what tomorrow brings. Spoke to the hire team today and every car they suggested has a lead time of at least 12 – 16 weeks.
It’s the same here in the wilds of Lincolnshire. It’s rarely cleaned up, and the roads are a total mess where we are, especially when you get off the main roads.
