I must admit there are lots of YouTubers who seem to have an agenda hidden or otherwise about EVs
and of course the same is true of the reverse.
I can only go on my own experience. And would like to make several points
IN MY MOST HUMBLE OPINION
1. BEV are brilliant clean vehicles, tend to be more comfortable and easier to drive
2. IT is imperative or almost necessary to have a home charger to get the very best out of ownership.
3. The charging infrastructure is improving if only slowly and it is far too expensive. Mainly due to location of chargers at motorway services and expensive locations. The sooner lamppost and kerbside chargers become the norm. This will not change and it takes courage and investment by the government to do this.
4. BEV are not for everyone and Motability must accept this fact.
5. The actual range of the vehicles will only get better as technology improves.
6. a vehicle with over two hundred miles range is perfectly good for 99% of normal driving day to day.
