Handing it back like it is imo will cost them their gcb
They do not have to drive around with a dent in the door,simply insist on the repair and although they may have to pay£100 excess they may be refunded if its agreed to be no fault damage
Possible £100 excess vs £250 loss of gcb
My point remains and we will see how this pans out
