I understand but even when i spoke to the sales manager he told me he will make sure i will get the call but didnt and to be completely honest with you i feel like they are taking me for a mug. Im also not in a rush to get the car as i still have my current one since 2019 and motability said the insurance will finish on the 3rd of February so will contact them on monday to get the car. Iv also had a look at their reviews and seen one that said the sales advisor was threatening to cancel someone application
