Hi guys as mentioned above my sales advisor isnt picking up my calls but i did mention it to the installer that im no longer having the techmobility remote control fitted and fitting the stalk crossover instead he said thats fine just tell the dealer as the dealer needs to put it on the application so i contacted the sales advisor 5 times on Tuesday whilst at work each time a different sales advisor says he will call you in 10 mins but didn’t i waited from 11 am to 6 pm. So i called back yesterday an sales advisor says the guy that did your application isnt in today so spoke to the sales manager and he told me he cant change it because the guy that done the application he can only do it but assured me he will tell him to call me on Thursday ( today) he called me at 11 30 am whilst i was working but couldn’t pick up. I called back 20 mins later yet again a different sales advisor goes his at a different office now but in the background my sales advisor goes tell him im calling him later but still no call. So i decided to log into my motability account to see the adaptations and to my suprise the stalk has been added. I just feel like the installer told him but the adviser couldve just told me that the installer called already instead of me trying to get ahold of him. This is the only time i called the dealership regarding the application iv never called or emailed to ask if theres an update on the car but looking to put in a complaint. Do you guys think im right?
