Just had my EE essential 150 broadband bill they have charged me £55.15 instead of £44.90, I have too assume they have charged me £10.25 connection fee they have kept that one quite. Plus I still cannot access my account to see what is going on.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
