Hi all sorry (and apologies) if this seems like a thread hijack but I have the Renault Scenic e-tech and am having no luck trying to use the preconditioning via the My Renault app.I stay away from home 2 or 3 nights a week but no charger there and have been trying to precondition while the car is obviously not plugged into charger.Ive been through the Renault e-guides on line and it tells me how to program the car first but I keep getting some random charging times coming up (nothing like the times that I charge) which is stopping me from inputting the correct time I want to do preconditioning.Any help would be most appreciated as it’s driving me up the wall!!
