This is what I was trying to explain in my post above after driving for 20 plus years or 18 years in my case, with your or mine condition nothing has changed except our age.
I simply renew my license every 3 years using the form I posted and get my new license back a few days later, no questioned asked.
If something had changed then yes DVLA would need to be informed but if not then you just renew your license with its disability codes as is.
Dealing with dysfunctional government and their departments is a nightmare for the best of people never mind when you add a disability to it.
